The Coloradoan newspaper ran an article featuring ET2 to showcase their Fort Collins environmentally friendly grow house:
A Denver-area think tank is pitching the idea of building a three-story, 42,000-square-foot marijuana grow house in south Fort Collins.
Englewood-based ET Squared, which says it’s battling “the negative impact of human beings on our planet,” is marketing 108-116 Bueno Drive for $2 million, said Pete Tovani, general manager of ET Squared. The property is just east of College Avenue, midway between College’s intersections of Harmony and Trilby roads. The site is in the city’s service commercial zone, which allows marijuana grow operations.
“We are trying to show how we can reduce the carbon footprint of the marijuana industry by doing smart design and incorporating what we’ve been working on for the last 14 years,” Tovani said in a telephone interview…
